Merry Christmas! I hope and pray you are having a blessed day.
COFFEE UPDATES: It’s coffee season in Honduras! From November through February, the Honduran families are hard at work picking more delicious Volcán and Roil Coffee. Please keep them in your prayers and see our Facebook and Instagram pages for more pics/videos.
THE SHOP: If you didn’t see yet, I was interviewed by our diocese (Diocese of Harrisburg) after personally sharing with my bishop about this project. He was very supportive and asked the diocesan magazine to write an article: Click here for the full article (scroll down to page 8) or click here for the YouTube video (only 3 minutes!)
CURRENT NEEDS: We are still not open BUT we’re getting closer with every dollar! We are less than $1500 away from meeting our initial goal of $10,000, please consider donating (click here). Also, I am a full-time missionary also in need of monthly benefactors to be able to continue leading this project, to specifically support me click here.
LOOKING AHEAD: Next week, I’ll be attending the FOCUS student leadership conference in Pheonix, please say a prayer that I can find a young man (or two) willing to be a coffee house missionary with me. We’ll also have a table at the Men’s Conference in Austin, TX on Feb 8th (They are asking for $150 – if anyone would like to cover that cost, please let me know!) and a few more upcoming conferences.
Finally, we just received a new shipment of fresh coffee! As always, message me to hold a coffee presentation in your area (even just an informal meeting with your friends over lunch) to have access to this coffee and our other products. We currently have wooden keychains from our Hombres de Cristo boys (see pic to right), rosaries and cloth bracelets from our physical therapy program, and rosary bracelets from Maribel (one of our full-time Honduran missionaries).
Know that you and your family are in my prayers! P.S. Here’s a personal update on my blog: “Light Up the Darkness”
